Delivery Time Frames and Back Orders
5 to 12 business days. We can discuss time frames in detail, so contact us if you need this info.
If something you order is not in stock at the manufacturer, we will inform you as soon as we can.
Shipping and Delivery Information
We can deliver orders to your door (home or office) in New Haven/Hamden/Woodbridge & Shoreline to Madison. There is no charge for this service.
We ship via UPS for security and easy tracking.
Shipping charge for orders:
Under $100 = $7.00
$100 to $199 = $9.00
Over $200 = $11.00
Connecticut sales tax is not collected for items sent out-of-state.

Returns
To make the process easy, save the box your order came in - just repack the box and send it back to us using a shipper of your choice (if we use a UPS box and you want to use the U.S. Post Office for your return, the Post Office has free priority-mail boxes of similar size). Once we receive the return we will refund your purchase using the same card you provided for the order (you must contact us again with that info). For Greater New-Haven area customers, we can pick up returns at no charge.
