iittala products are shipped to you directly from iittala's U.S. warehouse in New Jersey via UPS. $15.00 for any order.
All other items are sent from Metaphore via UPS or FedEx. Shipping cost applies for each address. Shipments to non-CT addresses incur no sales tax.

Returns
We want you to be happy, so if something doesn't work for you, we will glady take it back. Refunds will be provided using your original method of payment. A return label is included with your package. Returns must be postmarked within 35 days of date of original shipment to you. We recommend using the original packing materials to ensure safe returns. Metaphore cannot accept used or damaged items for refund or exchange. If damage occurs in return shipping, refunds must be settled between you and the shipper, so we recommend you insure return items.
Gift Packaging
Metaphore can gift-package your items in our colorful boxes, tissue paper and ribbons at no charge to you! Sorry, iittala items cannot be gift-packaged as they ship directly from iittala's warehouse.

Sometimes a note via email is not enough. I'm Liza, Metaphore's owner, and I can help you learn about our products, give you suggestions for gifts, arrange for shipping to third parties, etc. My helpers Emily and Elisa will also offer friendly support. We're very low-key! Please call between 10:30 and 6:00 EST Monday thru Saturday.
